Andrea White
Senior Vice President, Contracts & Business Support

Andrea White is Robbins-Gioia’s senior vice president of contracts and business support services and responsible for ensuring the company has effective operating procedures in contract administration, strategic pricing, security, and corporate ethics. She also serves as corporate secretary, general counsel, and ethics officer for all Robbins-Gioia companies, including PM Telco, LLC, and R-G Financial Services Group, LLC, and is responsible for coordinating all legal activity as well as maintaining corporate compliance programs that protect the company's assets and interests.
Before joining Robbins Gioia in 2003, Andrea held various positions of increasing responsibility at a number of companies ranging from small 8(a) to multi-billion dollar corporations engaged in professional services delivery to a broad range of clients in both the commercial and federal government sectors. She has more than 20 years of experience providing leadership and oversight of all types of business support services, including industrial security programs, competitive proposal development, and contract administrative and pricing activities. Her specific area of expertise in business administration includes hands-on experience with contract administration, export control compliance, Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance, purchasing, cost and price analysis, strategic sourcing analysis, and competitive proposal activities. Additionally she has supported merger and acquisition due diligence audits, internal quality control audits, litigation research and bid protest decisions, and acquisition integration activities.
Andrea earned a bachelor of arts degree in international affairs from the University of Mary Washington and is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
