He brings more than 29 years of expertise to Robbins Gioia in comprehensive consulting services knowledge with extensive hands-on experience and skill in information technology project and program management, systems analysis, operations management, life cycle management training, executive-level consulting support, enterprise architecture framework development, program management office design and implementation, strategic planning, project integration, risk management, zero-based budgeting, organizational communications, staff planning, organizational behavior, and team building.
