Pierre Monacelli is president of Robbins-Gioia’s Government Services, which provides management consulting to clients in the civilian and defense agencies as well as the intelligence communities. Since joining Robbins Gioia in 1986, Pierre has held increasing responsible positions helping clients achieve their goals in the areas professional management and control to include supply chain management, integration, and interoperability across agencies.
Pierre has more than 23 years of experience in on-site business engagements and program management disciplines involving the implementation of processes, support mechanisms, and mentoring to enable organizations to proactively track, manage, and communicate performance effectively. These engagements have included large-scale IT programs, business remediation initiatives, and modernization programs in the commercial and government sectors.
Pierre earned a bachelor’s degree in English from The Catholic University of America and an executive program master’s certificate from University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
