R-G Alliance for Program Excellence (APEX)
There is nothing more critical than delivering quality IT program management services that contribute to national security, the safety of our fellow citizens, and business enhancements for Government. The Robbins-Gioia Alliance for Program Excellence (APEX) is a partnership of 16 companies committed to supporting the Department of Homeland Security's EAGLE II IT program management needs. Our chartered Executive Committee provides the unifying leadership that ensures we leverage our members capabilities to provide effective solutions to DHS for EAGLE II Functional Category 2.
Ensuring homeland security through program success is at the heart of our efforts. Our Core Team of R-G, two mid-size, and two small companies is the centerpiece of our APEX. As shown in our capabilities matrix, we added three mid-size and eight more small businesses to provide additional experience and expertise to cover all Functional Category 2 work areas, six small business types, and key DHS customers. Our business relationships outside of the APEX give us even greater flexibility to address unique DHS requirements.
