In his current role, Fred oversees enterprise content management and information life cycle management enterprise solutions; implements Sarbanes-Oxley compliant recordkeeping program globally; and manages total budgets of $50,000,000 globally including RIM and other corporate services areas.
Penny Quirk
Director, Robbins-Gioia Records and Information Optimization (RIO) practice—has more than 25 years of experience in records and information management. She has successfully designed, developed, and implemented programs for micrographics; physical, electronic, vital, and historical records; litigation support; and records information management audits. As the RIO practice director, Penny is responsible for deploying RIO service offerings for commercial and government organizations.
Emory Miller
Robbins-Gioia Senior VP, responsible for Thought Leadership—helping public and private organizations understand the relationship between program management, management excellence, and mission results. Over the latter part of a 36-year federal career, Emory worked with the Office of Management and Budget and essentially every federal agency addressing critical information technology and business issues.
